Q: What is your return policy?

A: I stand behind my products and value my customers. If you have any questions about your order, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you.

Because each item is made to order and to your specifications, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges unless there was an error on my end. Please be sure to read over the full items description and ask any question prior to placing an order.

Please note that only complete, undamaged, unused items are eligible for exchange or return. 

Items returned without authorization will not be refunded or replaced. 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
